I like the water challenges because I know I never drink enough! I could go all day with just my coffee and 8oz of water!
I am just not a thirsty person! Are you?
*the only time I was thirsty was the 1st few weeks of nursing!

@mamaof2 it depends for me. I'm really thirsty when i'm dehydrated, but most of the time I'm not super thirsty, but when I drink enough water I always feel better, so I guess I sort of use that as a reminder?

Nope. About halfway through the afternoon if I've been sweating enough (thank you TN humidity), I'll drink a few large cups full of water without really pausing. But normally I'm like you - two cups of coffee, small cup of water, maybe some wine at night. Sooooo bad for me but I just don't go around thinking about thirst!

Not that often. But once I start drinking I want to keep drinking... if that makes sense.

No, it is a constant battle to make myself drink water. I used to go through the day just on a couple cups of coffee. Then when I would finally get thirsty (every couple days or so) I would drink like 5 glasses of water all at once.
Now I have straw cups EVERYWHERE to encourage me to drink water throughout the day. I find I drink a lot more water when I have a straw!

I am lately cause of nursing and dealing with my gall bladder. But I'm normally not that good at staying hydrated.
