So yesterday Kaitlyn started babbling like trying to talk to me! It was so cute and funny she did it throughout the day. I thought that it is pretty early for her to start babbling and maybe it was a fluke. But nope! First thing this morning during her diaper change, she's looking at at me babbling swag again!

Around 3 weeks she started "talking" like the teacher from Charlie Brown. Our ped "talked" with her and noted that she was babbling a lot for a 1 mo. old. Sounds like your LO is on the early side too!

babbling with actual consonants didnt start til around 3-4 months. but she did make vowel sounds much earlier

DD started cooing at about four weeks...now it's non stop. Baby babbles are the best!

She was cooing at 4 weeks but now at 6 weeks she 'talks' so much! It's so cute and fun. When my husband takes her in the nursery to change her they have whole conversations. It's fun to hear her try to mimic the sounds. I swear she can say hi
