While your LO was in the hospital, you walled me to offer support while I struggled with my daughter's much less serious illness. That act of compassion blew me away and permanently changed how I think about things. You are an amazing woman.

my family and I are praying for Lucas's comfort and strength for all of you. As a PICU nurse who has cared for LO's in similar situations, I believe you all are making the best and most supportive decision you can make. Even with my experience though, I cannot imagine the difficulty of the situation. You are an amazing mom. Snuggle that sweet boy close and know you have many people thinking and praying for you all. -

It's hard to even think of the words to say. We haven't interacted much, but I've been following Baby Badger's story since last fall. You have my deepest sympathies, and I am absolutely heartbroken for you. You are brave for making this decision. Cherish the time you have left with Lucas. Obviously there is nothing to say -- I worked in hospice for a long time and nothing hurts more than seeing a LO need that service. I wish for you and Lucas as much peace as possible and I'm so so so sorry that you're all going through this.
