I have an Ergo in lime green. I say get what you love. I don't think it's too loud at all.

I love it! But I'm also the kind of (crazy) mama who likes her carrier to coordinate with what I'm wearing. I have a dark brown one that will go with anything and a funky black and white print that looks good with other things. I'm planning to get a patterned wrap for #2. So... if you don't mind about matching or if you wear a lot of neutrals or if you're going to have multiple carriers... go for it!!
