So, if anyone is offended by poop talk, you probably shouldn't have clicked on this...

Since C started solids about a month ago, her poop situation has been pretty inconsistent, but lately, she's going at least 4 days between dirty diapers. When she finally goes, as expected, it's a LOT. It doesn't seem to follow the description of 'constipated poops' (hard and dry)-- while it's more solid than before, it's not hard or anything.

BUT, for days before she goes, she's been making these hard grunting noises, her face gets red like she is straining, but nothing happens other than seriously stinky farts sometimes. She seems uncomfortable and fussy, which is what makes me think her stomach is actually a little upset? What do you think? Or maybe she just figured out this fun new noise?

I'm trying to make sure to give her water with her solids, and make sure to not do too many binding foods, plus she is not even getting them every day. She is still breastfed. Anyone experience something similar?
