I have more baby fever now, wanting my third, than I ever had before. I’ve always had it, but it’s so strong this time. Maybe because I’m 40 and the chances are slimmer? I don’t know. But, I’m super hopeful and want so badly for it to happen via BD instead of IUI and injections this time.
Just wanted to throw that out there. Nobody IRL knows we’re trying, so you ladies are all I’ve got for support!

Wow! That's really exciting!! Thanks for sharing. I'm newly off of having my second. I'm mid-30s and don't think I can handle a 3rd. But holding off on DH's vasectomy. Just in case. Lord help me. And I'm so excited for you. Keep us updated!

Right there with ya. I'm 28 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and having extreme baby fever for #3 
Maybe it's my hormones but I told DH as soon as this second kid turns one we're trying for another. Pretty sure he thinks I'm nuts. I should probably wait to see how we handle two kids before I jump to wanting a third.

@CatchAFallingStar: Yeah, my husband feels totally done with two kids but he said he'll humor me for a few months of trying if I really want another. At least he's willing!

Really excited for you. I have had baby fever for over 3 years. I'm hoping you have amazing luck and conceive via BD vs. IUI. (* DH and I have one more cycle after this cancelled one to BD [with injectables] before we take a month off then move to IUI ... so frustrating.) so I hope you have better luck and receive your BFP soon.

Same!! We are planning to wait until the summer to TTC #3 for logistical reasons but my heart is ready now (DD2 is 9 months

Me too! We'll be trying for #3 starting in May, and I've been counting down the months since before Christmas. My husband saw a used opk strip in the garbage a couple months ago and said, "you're using these already??" and looked at me like I was insane lol. I've been tracking my period, CM, and opks in the Fertility Friend app, but can't bring myself to start temping yet. Maybe next month haha. Baby fever is stronger than ever with this one for me too! And it took some serious convincing to get DH on board for a 3rd, but he's finally getting excited too. Good luck to you!

I have baby fever something fierce too. We are 90% starting to try in August/September. My first two are 2.5 years apart so this wait seems SO long. To make matters worse my period is a little erratic so every month I’m like “Omg—am I pregnant?!” I know I don’t want a winter baby and I’m really looking forward to the prospect of a spring/summer baby if I have the choice, but I still can’t help just wanting to go for it now.

I'm definitely with you on the baby fever, except it's only for my second! My situation is pretty much the same as @kayla0416: 's otherwise though, lol... Down to the OPKs, starting to try in May, and taking ages to get DH on board (but now he's excited too!). I totally want to get started now, but I get hyperemesis that lasts the whole pregnancy and we need to get all our ducks in a row. Anyway, yay babies!! I hope you're able to get pregnant via BD too!

@CatchAFallingStar: I have baby fever recently, I am barely hanging on with two and my husband is absolutely not on board, but I feel so jealous when I see pregnant people or people with three kids.

Checking in here to see if anyone has updates on their TTC status! This is my first cycle not preventing to TTC #3. I am not using opks but I think I recently ovulated and that we had decent timing...I'm already getting ahead of myself imagining I will be pregnant soon and am hoping I have some company here with the baby fever! My first baby took a long time to conceive and the second one was relatively fast so I have no idea what I'm in for this time

Uggh my good friend JUST found out she's pregnant with #2, and I feel like baby fever just went away! We're 99% done with 2 (biologically), but a possibility for a 3rd via foster/adoption just seems sooooo faaaar awaaaayy...

I have alllll the baby fever. So does my husband. We have one daughter and I just found out we are pregnant with another but I still dream about more and more babies. Like “maybe I should get a minivan”. Logistically and money-wise, we really planned to stop at 2.
We’ll see how baby#2 treats us. DD is so amazing, she always ate like a champ and slept through the night from a very young age

Good luck! My second was conceived with IUI and injections but third was a oops it happened but yay baby!
For what it’s worth, I feel like my 3rd was the easiest baby. They’re chill. They figure out that they can’t demand all attention from a young age. She’s 15 months and still very good!

@misolee: that's great to hear!! I don't feel like either of mine have been easy so hopefully if there is a third that will be the one to cut me some slack
