Thanks for sharing this! I'm a little confused - the adaptor I was planning on getting at the link below has the item model number BJ90123, but the recall is for BJ90121. Looks like I am going to have to call them!

Just an update that I called Baby Jogger, and these adapters have not been manufactured since Sept 2012, so if you have bought one since then or are planning to buy one (like us) you're fine. Just make sure the item number ends in 3, not 1.
