I never used my Moby. I thought I would wear my baby everywhere, but we stayed home most of the time and I let her sleep on me while I was lying down, sitting on the couch, etc. Or I had her lie on the couch, in someone else's arms, and the swing!

I found the moby to be incredibly frustrating to use... I couldn't figure it out! I use the K'tan every day. It is just so much easier to use in my opinion!

My K'tan arrived in the mail today! I found it online through nobetterdeal.com & got it for over 1/2 off! I hope I/she will like it

I tried the moby and couldnt get the hang of it for practical use. I just ordered another ergo since i knew it was simple and secure. But maybe I would like the ktan. I'm interested to check it out now!

I used my Moby all the time, because I didn't know the K'tan existed. That looks so much easier. The Moby is great, I used it frequently, however it takes a lot of getting use to when wearing it. I remember when I was going to use it at the grocery store, I would put it on at home, because the fabric is so long it would touch the ground. But, without having ever used the K'tan, that's what I vote for haha!

I have the Moby because it was gifted to me. I use it to go on walks mostly, but my baby isn't the "hold me all the time" type (yet!). It is great but I do agree with pp the k'tan looks like the same thing but more user friendly...I'd go with that!

I wanted a k'tan but got a moby wrap at my baby shower and I love it so much!

Love my moby like woah. We have an ergo too, but I use them for different things.

I'd keep both!
I have a K'Tan breeze and LOVE it b/c it's easy to use and not a ton of fabric in this Texas heat, BUT a moby would be nice so that I could wear DD on my back! I think she'd really like being able to see "out" since I don't wear her in the Adventure position and still haven't gotten the hang of Explore.
Personally when you get into babywearing I don't think you can have too many different "kinds" of wraps/slings/carriers.

Agreed. LO is only 3.5 months old and we're up to 4: SBP ring sling, Beco Butterfly II, Babyhawk, and Ergo (not my fave.)

We have the k'tan and really like it. Never tried the Moby though. I do wish we could wear the k'tan on our backs, but it works for now. and wearing around the house or to events with family and friends.
