Ok, this is super frivolous compared to (but way more fun than) my other questions today...Yesterday I saw a baby wearing the CUTEST pink floral pilot cap (like the Hanna Andersson ones)...only it had long bunny ears!! No amount of googling is turning up anything similar! I should have asked the mom where she got it, but I had already quizzed her about her wrap and felt stalkerish.
Have you ever seen something similar? Wish I had a pic to help, but I can't find one!

I know a friend got one from etsy, I find some by searching newborn bunny bonnet- I think bonnet might be the key word because hat bright up some weird stuff. Good luck!

Oooh thanks! "Bonnet" does help. This pattern looks exactly like it - I'm guessing it came from Wtay or a neighborhood boutique, though I still think it could have been previous season Boden or Hanna.

@Purpledaisy: I was going for more of a jersey knit fabric than a crocheted or furry look but eeeeek those are really cute too! You can never have too many bunny bonnets, right?!?

@futuremama: I know - trying to buy it!! I'm having trouble with their cart, though. When I go to check out using a promo code, it charges me $5 extra instead of taking it off (?!?!?!) Have an email in to customer service now.

@Mrs. Sunshine: I get it My initial reaction was confusion (I don't see a lot of bonnets, never mind bonnets with ears), but then I fell in love. It may have helped that the girl wearing it was possibly one of the cutest little babies I've ever seen!

@SweetiePie: Thanks for thinking of me! I love that hat! I've actually been seeing it (or something similar) pop up on my amazon/ebay suggestions or affiliate links or whatever they are. I'm tempted but am afraid that since it's one of those "one size" deals, it'll be WAYYYY too big for my DD - she's just hitting 5 lbs at about a month old....I'll have to see how long it stays cold this year (hopefully not til May/June like 2016!)
