B has recently mastered rolling back-to-belly but is still struggling with rolling belly-to-back unassisted. He also HATES being on his stomach. No problem, except he is a side sleeper and the past two nights he has managed to roll himself onto his stomach multiple times while he's asleep. Sometimes he will stay that way for an hour or so but when he wakes up he immediately goes into a panic. He starts screaming and it is difficult to calm him down.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening or is this just something we need to ride out? We've been doing a lot of tummy time to try to help him master the other direction.
He is cutting a tooth which is already causing extra wakings. I can't handle many more of these rolling panics on top of them.
