I have a baby who loves to be worn in a boba wrap. Going back to work soon and i don't think our nanny is game to learn how to wrap it. Is there a simpler wrap - something between a moby/boba and an ergo type? Something that holds a baby similarly to the wraps?

I used the k'tan which is a strapless wrap, two loops of fabric and an extra strip that just gets tied like a belt. It was very easy to use but has to be sized so two dramatically different sized people could not use the same one.

Similar to above my baby loved the solly (bit of a pain to tie and carry around) and transitioned easily to the ergo (and I now have a lillebaby and it’s even more comfortable as they get heavier). For the little ages in the ergo I used a rolled up swaddle blanket as a little seat and kept their legs totally inside the carrier. Then one leg out once a bit bigger, eventually the standard two legs out when they are old enough.

Sakura Bloom has like a wrap/carrier hybrid! I personally loved the boba/solly wraps; the first time I used it it helped to have someone do it with me; would she be willing to try? If not, I think the original Ergo is probably the easiest structure carrier out there vs all the fancy ones nowadays. Original Tula would be my 2nd choice in terms of ease.
