Rather than a blog we use http://www.babysites.com for chronicling and sharing our son's life with family and friends. Does anyone else use the same site or a different kind of site?

shutterfly has a baby site and includes milestone journals. It's pretty good. Mostly, I use a posterous. I can upload videos, pics and journals very easily by sending an email.

I use facebook to share photos/videos and set the privacy setting to just family and close friends. It's easy and it works since most everyone is on Facebook.

Our son has his own facebook profile. My husband and I administer it and we control who his friends are. Works great for us so we don't clutter up our profiles with his stuff and possibly offend people.

I only share pics and video with family and no one is on Facebook. So I upload all videos onto You Tube and have all pictures in Picasa. I keep everything on private and they need to log into the websites to view.

@Looch- How do you get around the T&C of Facebook? They shut the majority of the underage profiles down that I've seen.

Well, they haven't so far, because we've changed his birthday.
