Spinning off of @luckypenny's thread, how do you keep an older baby/ toddler warm if you are carrying them on your back? Last winter I had C facing me in the front carrier, so I'd wear a fleece or sweater or something, put her in her fleece bunting thing with a hood, then put my coat on and around us and zip it half way, and it was warm enough for short walks. But now we both prefer a back carry. I've done it only once with a winter coat on and it was fine, but awkward to get her on me since my coat was a little bulky, and I was worried she was cold.

Curious how other's handle it? We likely won't be doing a ton of babywearing in the winter anyway, but it's nice to switch it up and easier in the snow than pushing our stroller through it.
