So we're doing a charity bake sale at work in two weeks - I tend to go nuts with these things, but I'm looking for your tried, tested and true popular recipes to sell.

I'm definitely making Applesauce Tea Cake Mini Loafs and packaging them individually, always a big seller. I made Oreo cheesecake cupcakes one year, they were easy to do, but didn't sell very well.
