I'm baking a bunch of cookies and cupcakes for a cakewalk at a Harvest carnival this Saturday. If I made stuff starting tomorrow but didn't frost them until Friday, so you think they'd be good? Of course, sealed in airtight containers. I'm just thinking that if I wait and do all of the baking on Friday and decorating, I'll go nuts, especially with a 9 1/2 month old to entertain. And Wednesday I'm out of the house all day.
