Do you and your SO go to the bathroom while the other is in the room? Like, if you're brushing your teeth in the morning together do you kick him out to go (and vice versa)?

I voted *yeah, no problem* because the toilet in our master is in it's own room (with it's own door) and has it's own fan . . . so it's not like he can see me or vice versa.

Sure do. Our "necessary room" aka toilet is it's own private room via pocket door (yay!).

No way! The only exception is if someone is in the shower, then the other will pee in the same room (when we only had one bathroom or if Lo is sleeping and we don't want to use the bathroom near her room). Never peeing while tooth brushing. Gross.
Eta: if the toilet was in its own room it would be no big deal!

Only #1... I don't want to be around poo if I'm brushing my teeth, taking a shower, or putting make up on.

I guess I figure all the mystery went out the door when he saw me try to give birth..... And the aftermath of trying to give birth.... and the fact that my children never let me go to the bathroom by myself and the door is always open. So I voted "yeah"

Not usually, although he does sometimes come in to pee while I'm in the shower or tub.

Yes, but only pee. #2 needs to be kept private at ALL times.
We have a big bathroom so it's not like we are right in each other's face if we are peeing and the other one happens to be doing something.

The real question in my house is: "does the dog let you pee in peace?" and the answer is heck no. She always busts her way into the room-she HATES closed doors. It's a real problem when we have guests, actually
Our bathroom door almost always stays open. I don't stand there and watch, but I don't care if DH sees me go to the bathroom, or visa versa.

We only have one bathroom. No issues peeing while the other is in there. Like @lovelyplum: said - we don't stand there and watch the other, or go out of our way to pee while the other is in there. Only if we have to. The only time #2 happens is if the other is in the shower and it's a quick one. Otherwise only alone.
ETA: I didn't realize that this many people didn't pee in front of their SO!

Number 1 is no issue in our house either way. Number 2 is always a private affair lol...well with the exception of DS when I'm alone during the day. In that case I always have an audience

If we are at a hotel, we will #1 only if the other is in the shower.

No 1 is a free for all around here, but #2 gets privacy. I have to remind myself to close the door when we have company over! If it's not latched closed one of my dogs or DD will push it open and follow me in.

I immediately leave when he does #2. Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!

DH goes to the washroom in the same room every day while I am in the shower. We only have one bathroom in our house.

I said no way - but, our toilet has it's own room so we don't have to worry about it. If we did... I don't know what we'd do
