I don't think I want to do home parties when my kids are older....we just had my LO's 3rd party and the 5-6 year olds were a little crazy.
Where did you have your LO's 5th + bday party? I think we will stick with indoor playgyms, a pizza parlor or the park when they get older!

@autumnlove: We had an indoor party with lots of five year olds, and the kids were ok! We kept them busy with arts and crafts though... if we didn't, it probably would've been crazy!!
We definitely prefer outdoor parties (cheaper and more fun too, I think), but not an option for us here with a December birthday!

I don't have a 5 year old yet, but the ones I know have done it at the park, indoor playground, kids museum (like pretend city), or chuck e cheese!
