I need to buy another car seat. It's pricey and I hate to pay full price for things. Do any of you have recommendations for baby websites that offer good discounts on first purchases or any other possible discount?

If you’re in the states, target does semi annual trade ins. You bring an old car seat (expired or whatever) and they give you a 20% off coupon for your next seat. Not sure when you need the seat but they just did the spring trade in so I think the next one will be in the fall.
If you don’t have a car seat to trade in, maybe just ask on Facebook if anyone has an expired seat they can give you for trade in.

Albee baby often has good prices esp if you will take something like an outdated pattern. But price check because not all their stuff is a good price, just some.

I’m not sure of a specific baby site, but do you ever use Ebates? They have 5% cash back at Walmart right now (including baby items) and generally I feel like their prices are always lower. Otherwise I would recommend target’s trade in, but they just had the sale.

Do you have a specific one in mind already or looking for good prices in general? I check slickdeals.com for deals on just about everything I buy. It's how I found my convertible Nextfit IX for $175 (target clearance) off and Britax Emblem for $99 (walmart clearance)

You can use Bed Bath and Beyond 20% coupons at Buy Buy Baby which may get you a nice discount if what you're looking for is sold there. But I would check around too because I've seen where the original price there was higher than other sites so the discount simply made it comparable vs. less expensive.
Target often has baby sales, or Graco sales, and if you have a Red Card you'll get that extra 5% discount. -

my favorite shops. I can’t believe I picked such a no-discount ever car seat. @PurplePumps: I am looking for the Nuna Rava. I bought my first two when $50 off at Nordstrom. And then I was gifted another. But ugh. I need one more. I will check that site!

I just spoke with someone at the Magic Beans baby store. Their store anniversary is July 7, and they will be offering 7% off on all in store and over the phone orders! That’s the best deal I can find. Hopefully someone here can take advantage of it too.

@agold: if you can wait a few weeks, the Ravas usually are discounted during the Nordstrom anniversary sale!

@agold: I’d wait to see what Nordstrom’s has! As long as you don’t need it before then. I just searched old deals on Thrifty Littles (do you follow her? She’s amazing!) and it looks like last year during the anniversary sale they were $125 off!
