We use prefolds and thirsties snap wrap covers. Love them.

Eta, I haven't had the issue with the leaking, but we have always changed her pretty quickly after a pee. I found the snaps to make for easy size adjustments, and we typically only need to use one cover a day (if she pees a couple times and the diaper is very wet, we switch to a new one).

@babybean404: bummer! I didn't mean to imply that you were leaving her in a soggy diaper, I was just surprised because we've literally had like 5 leaks in 21 months of using them! I hope you find something else that works better!

@babybean404: I think it depends on what you buy. Doublers are usually smaller I think because they are intended to be added to an insert and inserts can be used alone.

@Cole: that's a great idea! What size and type of prefolds do you use? I may buy those instead of getting new inserts. (I need more so baby 2 can use the pocket diapers and lo 1 can be in the flips)

The ones are maybe half an inch too long on the lowest snap rise when trifolded but it is such a small amount I just let it bunch a little bit. My lo is about 13 pounds now and I can still snappi them pretty easily so I would guess the 15 pound weight limit is fairly accurate.

@babybean404: I have been cloth diapering for almost 2 years and I have never had poop leak I don't think. Ive had a few pee leaks if his clothes get tucked into the diaper or if i wait too long...but never ever a poop leak (that I can remember...)

@babybean404: Ditto on the no leaking, the exception was my husband snapped it waaay too loose and then she slept on her side, but let's be real, anything would leak under those circumstances! It does typically get on the cover but at this age (12 weeks, ebf) I think that's pretty standard.
