D (2.5) loves Endless Alphabet and Peek-a-boo Barn.

DS loves the Sago mini games. Especially the ones where you explore. Like the space explorer one.

3.5 year old has been loving this free dinosaur puzzle game. She's learning a lot of dinosaur names!

You might have good luck with the variety so LO can bounce between choices. Maybe endless alphabet, endless numbers, one drawing app, and one from LO's favorite show?

LO (3.5) has been loving ToddleFish and Disney Royal Ball apps (both free)

Storybots! - minute long educations songs. My lo would watch them all day! (Letters, numbers, emotions, professions, even vegetables)

If you have limitless data the kid version of YouTube is obnoxious but mesmerizing.

@mrskc: YES! Mine is obsessed with the Sago Mini Babies and their Vet one too!
Letter School is great, we also use all the various PBS apps- Wild Kratts, Pet + Cat, Cookie Monster's Challenge, and a Pete The Cat app.

@regberadaisy: That sounds like something D would love! He had some dinosaur pjs and loves identifying the skeletons he knows. Do you remember the name of that app?
