I just buy mine at Target, they work fine since I don't wear them too often.

I purchased some fleece lined leggings on Jane last year and they have held up well enough. They are starting to look a bit worn, so I just wear them around the house now, but they are comfortable and warm and not bulky.

I really like Hue leggings, and find them on good sales at Bon-Ton and also even places like marshalls and TJ Maxx (although it’s totally hit or miss, as always, at TJs/Marhsalls). You can look for them on ebay too.

I've also bought leggings at H&M. You get what you expect - they are cheap, so don't expect them to hold up for long, but they are not see-through and they last a season or 2

ETA: Hue brand has a high rise / "no muffin top" style option too!

In my experience, fleece lined leggings are so itchy! I can't stand them.

I also greatly disliked targets leggings, major muffin too, didn't hold up well, and see through.

They go on sale all the time, get on their email list. I have two pairs of the croppied perfect core and one perfect core in longer length. The longer length are $108 normally and one time they went on sale for $20, so I snatched them up. They are thick enough to wear alone (they're designed as a workout leggings), not too hot or cold, so confortable, have a higher rise to hold everything in.

I even got blackbird hooked on them- she calls them magic pants cause they slim you so much haha

Ditto Old Navy. I also like Uniqlo a lot but they're thinner.
