Besides Pinterest & Houzz, do you have any great resources for how to get specific ideas on updates or remodeling for your house?

We're about to start the looking phase of buying our first home, but all the houses in our budget that go to schools we would consider are soooooooo outdated. Like right out of a 1970s or 80s sears catalog. Of course, ripping out wall paper and painting will be the first tasks, followed by obvious things like flooring, counters, appliances, etc. over time as we can afford it. I'm interested if anyone knows of some website or something that you can upload pictures of houses and get other peoples opinions on what you should do for remodeling, landscaping, etc.
