What do you guys think about Kristen? I can't make up my mind about her. Sometimes I think she's great, but I love Amber and think she's so real and I was really upset about how Kristen treats Amber - like bailing on Ari's wedding, getting drunk the night before, and then telling Shayla that Amber wasn't as pretty as them...

@artbee: yeah I know. He wants to get paid $40/hr just because the others nannies are paid that much. Which is just crazy. Like Lucy - I totally don't think she's worth $40/hr!

@Coco Bee: I know someone who moved to Cali to be a nanny to the stars, lol. I knew the perks were good, but making >$80k and getting to live in a mansion & being given a car neither of which you have to pay for & getting to travel to cool places sounds pretty sweet!

@mrs. bird: yeah for real!! A friend of mine in NY is a personal chef and he told me he's worked for families that pay their nannies about 80k. I actually kinda wished I would have stayed single longer to have worked longer and build up a nice savings.
