Since Christmas is coming I want to make sure you all know this. Plus I’m pregnant and hulking out right now 😂 And I need to vent.

DO NOT ORDER from mytuggles.com, flipazoo, etc. None of the affiliated companies. They all advertise on our kids tv channels (nick jr, Disney, etc). I ordered for a good friend’s son’s birthday because he saw this on TV and asked for one.

1) I ordered a product that was IN STOCK at the time I ordered. In fact it was the ONLY one in stock and that’s why I chose it.
2) that was sept 16th. I never heard another word. It is Nov 21 and I finally called to see what the heck is going on. I gave them a little grace because the website (in tiny print) says to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Well, I waited 8 just to be sure. I don’t like bitching if I don’t have to.
3) I was told just now that it was out of stock and that’s why I never received t. And then by the time it came back in stock Nov 9th my paypal authorization had expired because too much time had passed. During all of this NO ONE from Tuggles reached out to me. To tell me it was out of stock. Back in stock. That my paypal expired and they needed payment to ship it again. NOTHING. So he asked me if I wanted to place the order again with a new PayPal auth. Uh, are you kidding me? I’ll cancel, thanks.
4) when I asked for a confirmation of the cancelation I was told he would only tell me a confirmation code by phone. I asked repeatedly (pretty calmly, as I always believe you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar) for an email confirmation and he got irritated and told me that he can’t help me because he has other customers to help. I’m sure you do! Because this is a scam and you probably have other parents calling to see why their child’s birthday gift was never received.
But, I have NEVER in 36 years been told by a customer service rep that they couldn’t help me further because they had other people to tend to. He literally said “I can’t send you an email because I have other people calling and I have to help them”. What???
5) he finally (angrily) agreed to send me an email if I could wait on hold, and he abruptly placed me on hold. After already waiting 10 mins on hold at the beginning of the call, by the way. So I was put on hold and then he came back on 5 mins later and said that his “computer is down, technical glitch, nothing he can do”. My, how convenient.

The company is incompetent and rude. It sounds like it’s being run out of someone’s basement and they aren’t able to keep up their end of the deal. All I did was pay money to get a product which was never delivered and never communicated as to why. And then treated like I did something wrong! Had this been handled differently I would have placed the order again and maybe even had some nice things to say.

Hell hath no fury like a pregnant-woman-with-a-threenager scorned. It’s now my mission to tell everyone to AVOID.
