i'm just curious for all those bees who are still BF'ing (and no period)... how do you know if:
1) you are ovulating?
2) if you are pregnant?
do you just keep testing until you hit the jackpot?

You could chart to see if you are ovulating. Also it would give you a good sense of when to test.

If you are ovulating, you will have a period within 2 weeks (unless you get pregnant first). I'd suggest using OPKs, checking CM and cervix position. Not sure how BF affects those though.

I think with BF you can ovulate without getting a period.
With that said, I just assumed that I was not. I had spotting for several days a couple weeks ago that I think was my first period so I started monitoring cm and taking opk's 10 days or so later and finally got a positive.
Did you have any early symptoms when you were pg? I'd imagine if you did that you would have an idea if you were again, right? At least I assumed I would so I just didn't even think about testing until I had spotting.
Sorry, this is really not helpful! I just kept hearing that it's really rare to get pregnant before your first period so I assumed that since it took so long the first time that there was pretty much no chance it would happen to me.
