What are some meds used for seasonal allergies that are safe to use while breastfeeding?
I don't want anything that will transfer to baby or dry me up.
I have some reoccuring symptoms that my doctor thinks might be due to seasonal allergies. Awaiting bloodwork before taking anything but just curious.

As long as there isn't a decongestant its fine - you could use Zyrtec or Claritin

I use flonase for my pet allergies. My main symptom is runny nose though so it really only helps with that.

@T.H.O.U.: I call Flonase my "magic spray." I can think of very few other products that have had a positive change on my life.

I was on Allegra before, during, and after pregnancy and my doctor never had any issues with it and it didn't affect my supply.
