I was just talking to my client about putting ear tubes for LO to treat his recurring ear infections. She asked if LO was allergic to milk and I said no (in fact he gobbled it down like a champ and it is his favorite). She then said there are studies that says milk/diary allergy could link to chronic ear infections, and I could take a look at that.

Does your LO have allergy to cow's milk? What alternative did you offer, and was it successful? Did you even see a link to reduced ear infections after switching from cow's milk (or cow's milk based formula) to something else?
