For those who remember/followed my pumping at work saga, I have my meeting with the president of the university I work for today, to discuss how everything was handled.
A major part of the problem is gone (my former boss), so some things I may not need to bring up anymore. But I do want the president (who is female and a mom) to know how things were handled. I also want to advocate for the moms who will come after me and to volunteer to help make things better (supervisor training, developing a pumping room, adding to the staff handbook, etc).
