I've always known what to get our nephew for his birthday but I'm stumped this year.

He's turning 3 and he likes cars, dinosaurs, and baseball. I know it's not related to those but I saw something on HB a while back (I think maybe @mrs.bee posted it) that was a toy where you could use little tools to put bolts on a board or something (I know that's a terrible description). I think he'd like stuff like but I can't remember what post I saw it in or even if it was on the blogs or the boards. I believe it was on Amazon though.

Any ideas on what that toy was? Or other awesome toys that he might like?
