Things I'm planning on buying:
Black and Decker Tool Bench at Target for half off (!), so $29.99
Would really like to find an Instant Pot!
Possibly a stand up freezer for the garage
What am I missing that I HAVE TO HAVE?! I live in oober small town Montana, so the deals have to be online

I already have an Instant Pot and LOVE it. I'm going to be checking to see if the 8 qt version will be on sale on Friday on Monday on Amazon. Cause why not?? 
Otherwise, I went a little nuts at Target this weekend with the 30% off toys. Still need to think about DH.

@snowjewelz: we got a different brand of one for a wedding gift. It worked well, and I used it a ton! But it stopped working a couple months ago. I'm not sure what broke...I probably could have tried replacing a cord or something, but I'm using it as an excuse to get an instant pot

@babypugs: Target has a Motorola for $130, regular $260. It is a doorbuster, so not sure how fast they are going to go. We are going to try and get one.

@IRunForFun: Well Target is opening on Thursday, so I am imagine they would be sold out by Friday morning anyway. We are leaving Friday morning so we couldn't go by and check it out either. My Mom and Aunts always go out shopping, so they are going to try and snag one for me.

They have the swing set we got last year 50% off again. We've really loved it. Originally $1600 on sale for $800

Ugh....I forgot to go back and buy my Pottery Barn stockings (with free personalization) last night...what are the odds they run that special again (or a discount deeper than 20%) in time for Christmas?
I've not done my Black Friday research at all this year - too much going on. I hope that keeps me from buying things, but we will see. Moreso than presents (because I have no idea what I'm getting anyone), I really need to get some things for our new house - rugs, bathmats, kitchen table....

My husband wants to buy some Nest thermostats for our house. They're on sale for $199. I want the electric toothbrushes that Target has on sale but we aren't going to get there on Thursday so I guess we are out of luck.

@Canoli: I think (hope) it should get better than today. No offense to anyone who works for PB, but they've seemed a bit desperate recently with the number of coupons/promotions I'm getting in the email - so something better should come along. I'm holding off at least til Friday/Monday to try to score a better deal. After that, I think they'll start to get backlogged with orders, and you might be pushing it to get anything personalized in time for Christmas (based on personal experience)

@bees_knees: If you spend more than $50 at Target, the shipping is free I think. Or, if you have a Target card (you should - automatic 5% off!) and then it's free.

If anyone is looking for a good deal on a Chico Nextfit Albeebaby has two different colors for $199 which is $100 off. I ordered both of our Nextfits through them last year during Black Friday using the same deal and saved $200! It was cheaper than any other deal I found. They arrived quickly too!

@NorthStar: Thanks! Yesterday they were the same price plus free personalization. I'm kicking myself! I just got a code for 15% off (i think it's on top of the sale), but am going to wait a few more days to see if they don't go back to the free personalization. At $9/stocking, it's 50% of the cost of the stocking, which is a little steep IMO.

I'm planning to buy some new, cute Bumgenius & Applecheeks diapers on Cotton Babies and maybe another retailer... last year they had Jules on sale! I'm looking for some cute prints and their new colors / prints.
I'm ordering photos and personalized mugs & calendars on Shutterfly, I hope they have some deals, they always do.
I have all my family presents picked out on Amazon. I hope they go on sale or have a deal like $30 off of $150, like they did on Black Friday.
I also have some things on Etsy I'll be buying, but proabaly no sales there.

@IRunForFun: Last year they sold two retired prints, Jules and Audrey. I don't remember the other deals. Applecheeks has something going on... If you follow them on facebook, see if you can find their "event" that is happening on Thursday, it seems that they'll be selling a retired print or color as well.
