So I'm wearing a blanket scarf today, belted like a poncho. The only complements I've gotten are from the 2 older ladies at work...is this a dated look? I was Pinterest inspired, but I think it was a Pinterest fail

I have a few blanket scarves from Aritzia and I wear them like the pictures you posted. Or if I'm feeling super lazy/rushed then I'll literally just throw in on and swing one side over my shoulder. Done.

I love the idea, but with 2 kids and a jacket I already feel weighted down enough as is. I wore a hat today and couldn't wait to take it off as soon as I got in.

I wear my blanket scarf all the time and see lots of other younger people do too. I think it's just the older people wishing they were younger lol.

I was thinking more like this. And while it's still kinda cute, it definitely wouldn't look good on me so I personally wouldn't do this. But I like the example you have!
