Like the questions says...when did you start offering LO strips of bread, plain or lightly toasted?

Pretty much right away after 6 months. He was already eating a variety of solids the old fashioned way. Toast strips are easy to grab. I'd say toasted bread would be better than untoasted, which would just end up as crumbs.

Kinda when I started everything else, though he's not a huge bread person, he prefers more of a cracker texture.

@macintosh: @Boogs: thanks! My LO is almost 7 months and seems like she would handle well but DH isn't super into BLW and we took a much slower approach for LO1 so I was just seeing what other mommas were doing. I think we'll try some with her breakfast!!
