Anyone have the CE? Is it still good for trails and rougher terrain? Is the SE a better option?

Are the wheels the only difference? I have the SE, of course love it, so am of no help

The CE is more for city living. Its not really made for jogging or for rougher terrain. Its for sidewalks and stuff. I have the SE and love it, and we use it on rugged terrain a bit.
ETA - I think the CE CAN be used on trails...just not for jogging, and I dont know how the suspension is since its made for cities
