I really like the portability of my Freestyle. If you're only ever going to pump at work though, you might not mind being tied to a bag.

I had both and my ameda did not have the same suction power as my Medela

I like my PISA but, given the choice, I'd love to have the portability of the Freestyle. I think you can buy tote bags separately, though, for a lot less than $125+, so if you go with the PISA I don't think it's worth the upcharge for the bag. Target has 20% off Medela stuff right now and I'm pretty sure I saw a tote listed there.

If you are able to afford it, I'd get the Freestyle! Its much lighter/more portable than the PISA, which really makes a difference if you are lugging your pump to and from work.

Rare Ameda vote here...I had the same options for free pumps and selected it because I like that it is a closed system, so there is less chance for contamination/mold getting into the milk and no need to clean the tubing. I know some people say it doesn't work for them, but I even had oversupply (probably related to the pumping I did when DD was newborn and had feeding problems so I had to pump to protect my supply).
