I was never able to sleep on my stomach during the time that I was breastfeeding. My boobs just felt uncomfortable so I slept mostly on my back! I haven't slept on my stomach since April 2011...maybe I won't like it anymore!

I can when I first go to sleep. A few hours later, not so much!

No I cant. Somtimes i complain about it and DH tells me to lie on the boppy pillow with my boobs in the hole haha

I've only been able to sleep on my stomach in the past month or so.

Nope its way too uncomfortable! I'm either a back or side sleeper now, I was a stomach sleeper pre-pregnancy though.

Probably after I've fed/pumped. I've never been a stomach sleeper though.

Yup. I place pillows strategically if I'm full.

I really haven't tried. I remember reading something about pressure on your chest messing with your supply, and I don't want to do anything to decrease my supply!

Crap, if I breastfeed Baby 2 for a year and get pregnant after that ...I won't be able to sleep in my stomach for years!

I sleep on my side anyway - but I don't do anything to put pressure on the boobs to avoid any possible blocked ducts. I'm so paranoid now!

i did once and i leaked all over - it overflowed my pads.
so embarrassing and awful - THESE are the moments that no one tells you about when talking about motherhood.

I never even considered sleeping on my stomach...ouch! I only sleep on my back. When I sleep on my side I tend to get plugged ducts.

Yep, I love sleeping on my stomach. I've never had a plugged duct either (*knocks on wood*).
