Britax has had me on hold for 15mins now 
So, I thought I'd ask moms while I wait!
I can't explain this but if you have a Britax b-agile I am sure you'll get it:
My pulley clip to recline my stroller is jammed. I looked and it looks like the strap is stuck and won't pull through. Try as I might, it did not want to unjam itself! I usually don't use the recline but it bums me out that it's broken. Has this happened to anyone?

Wow! I've called britax before for a stroller issue (squeaky wheels) and don't remember waiting that long. Maybe it's just a bad time?

Yes! It's super annoying. And now one side is a tiny bit more reclined than the other. DH has been able to fix it somehow, but if I ever change the recline, it gets messed up again.

@swedishfish: no they hadn't answered at the 40min mark so I hung up. I'll try again but honestly I think I can fix it, but I don't want to void the warranty.
@Weagle: that's the ONLY part of the stroller that I feel is low quality:( so low tech. It's always hard to pull, but now it's jammed all-together. I'll see if DH can unstick it and then I'll just try to avoid touchin it except for emergencies (LO never stroller sleeps anyway).

I've called in a couple times before for our B-ready and they've always picked up rather quickly. Once was for the no-thread harness on the toddler seat and once for squeaky wheels - both times they took care of the issue right away. Maybe the recent recall is overloading their customer support?

@swedishfish: I tried to call again yesterday for free doughnuts or a free cars eat for making me wait except, they made me wait 45mins and never answered so I couldn't complain to anyone, ironically.
They never answered but I wanted to update for anyone else who may have the same problem:
Enough tightening/loosening/tightening/loosening will get it unstuck. It felt at times that I would tear it, but I kept going and eventually it slide right through and now it works like a charm. I literally was sweating by the time I was done. Yay! I have my stroller back to like new

@CupQuakeWalk: That is so weird. When I called in early 2013 about the belts on the car seat, they answered right away.
Glad you fixed your stroller though!
Is there any way to wash the seat? Mine is so filthy after 18+ months of use and travel

how old is your britax stroller? if you take it to baby's r us they'll give you store credit for the full price of the stroller!

@CupQuakeWalk: Just curious, are you sure you are calling the right number? I called recently regarding needing new straps for our car seat and I got right through and the replacement part was at our door within the week.

@bushelandapeck: I don't think the ones this year are qualified, but mine is 3 years old and it was part of the recall. Check the product ID number to see if you can trade it in… anything purchased from May 2011 - June 2013 should be eligible. I didn't even buy my stroller at Baby's R Us, and they still accepted it no questions asked! I actually got store credit for MORE than I bought it for (I got mine off Amazon).

Wow! Mine is from 2011 and was part of the recall. That is awesome! I wanted to get a different stroller that can be a double anyway so this would be amazing! Do you just bring it to the store and they give you credit?

@bushelandapeck: sure np! it was perfect timing for me too because all i need now is a double stroller, and my britax was so rundown after a lot of use and abuse. and i'll always need to go to baby's r us, at least for the next few years - so i'm sure i'll find ways to spend that money!

@bushelandapeck: we originally had the combi double sport, then sold that for the BOB duallie when amazon was having that 40% off sale a few months ago. i prefer side by side strollers!
