Every time I go to BRU I scan my rewards card but I recently started wondering what kind of rewards/perks you get from this? I get their emails but I don't think it has anything to do with how much I spend there or if I use my rewards card. Am I missing something?

I know they send you special discounts and coupons, but I'm not sure how that ties into purchases you make and any sort of points.

ohhh. I just went to their site. I got my card in-store and I never knew I had to register it online until just now. Should have probably done it before starting this thread - ha!

@coacheswife123: I never registered online and I still received my rewards! Every $500 you spend, you get a $5 rewards certificate. Plus, every purchase you made gets scanned into the system so if you ever lose your receipt, they can look up your purchase through your rewards card.

@banana: when I registered it showed me the rewards I've accumulated so far! and good to know about them keeping track of purchases- because I am the worst with receipts!

@coacheswife123: Me too! I always lose my receipts. Plus I just hate carrying around receipts in my wallet (too bulky!). I forgot to mention,..if you buy 9 boxes of diapers, you get the 10th free! Same with formula. I don't know if they still have this promo though. But I used to get free diapers all the time! I hope they still have this!!

The main perk for me is not having to keep receipts. I hate getting all the crap emails they send me though. I also rarely ever usetheir coupons because they pretty muche exclude all the good brands

Just FYI, the returns thing is only good for 90 days just like a receipt. I just tried to return something that was purchased with a friends registry and since it was 3 months ago it didn't show up anymore. Boo.
Also, the $500 limit thing doesn't include high ticket things like breast pumps and car seats. Well it includes them but at an adjusted "price". Its pretty lame.

I get my rewards through the mail in the form of 5$ coupons. But I always forget to use them by the time they expire...

so kinda spend $250 get $5. They also will occasionally do double points! I put my rewards # on the top of my registry and the cashier entered my # with every purchase..I ended up with a ton of rewards dollars!!! Also right now through Christmas Eve you get 10% back in rewards dollars, I guess a holiday promo?
