DS is in the midst if cutting some teeth. Not sure exactly how many since he won't let me take a good look. But I'm thinking 3 for sure, he already has three on the bottom.

One of the top teeth is almost in and next to it his gum is really bruised looking. How long does this usually last? What should I be doing to help him out. We've been doing Tylenol at night and cold teething rings.
