I usually say "Thank you" for work calls... "Bye/peace out/holla back" if it's a friendly call.

I say "Thank you" for professional or formal (aka stranger lol) calls but "okayloveyoubye" for my bestie, mom, MIL, etc & longer sweeter byes & I love you's for DH lol

I say 'buh bye' too. Every time I say it, I think about how weird it sounds but I can't seem to stop. My DH makes fun of me when I say it. It does sound more professional to say 'buh bye'. If it's a friend or co-worker, I'll say 'see ya later' or 'talk to you later'.

I think I always say "thanks, bye".
