I saw them last night when I was looking for new inserts on the Cottonbabies web site.
Have you tried them? How do they compare with the 4,0 version? I'm so curious!

I think 1/3 of my stash is 5.0s. Honestly I can't tell a difference between the 4.0s. I only know I'm using them because of the colors.

@Mrs. Pickle: I have a couple and I don't notice a difference. I do know I'm using it because of the color.

Agreed with PPs - not enough of a difference to notice. The fabric on the pocket does feel slightly different (softer, maybe?) but usage-wise I see no difference.

@autumnlove: No, no change. They advertise the biggest change was better elastics.
