Did anyone watch this yet? I caught the first episode and thought it was fascinating. It got better ratings in Britain than Downton Abbey!

I saw it! I really enjoyed it, but I'm not sure I will love it the way I love Downton.

I am just about to go watch online! I saw the previews but haven't been able to watch it yet. I am a sucker for a good british show. Since Downton Abbey isn't back and I have finished all of Upstairs, Downstairs on netflix and from the library, this will be the next one I watch!

@bpcmarj: Thanks for mentioning watching it online! I forgot PBS has most of their stuff up there.

Oh, good reminder! I recently read the book and have been meaning to actually watch the show!

If you missed the first one, remember, PBS tends to reair things a lot during the week before the next episode! Obviously online works too, but I prefer just watching it on TV and I'm DVRing it when it comes on in the middle of the night.

PBS actually has a fantastic iPad app that I use to watch a lot of their shows too.

I really wanted to read the book first but I couldn't find it except on amazon and I didn't want to pay for shipping! I'm really enjoying the show. I'm pregnant, and my husband had a really tough time watching one of the scenes.

My DVR didn't pick up the Christmas Special - boo! It's on the PBS Ipad app though - if you don't have access to that you might want to check your local station listings for re-air dates.

My dvr stopped recording it for no reason a month ago. I only saw like three episodes.
