I may lose my mind. My 4 year old has been a decent sleeper (after she started Stan around a year..we won't talk about before that). The last year she's been getting up often during the night, or REALLY EARLY in the morning. We're talking like 4 am.

She's settled into a rough 5 am wake up, no matter what time she goes to bed. For instance, last night she went down at 9 pm (she napped) and woke at 6 am. I was SO looking forward to sleeping!

Aside from giving the toddler wake up clock a go again, how the heck can I help her sleep longer? (She has blackout shades and white noise).
