I'd just use nothing, honestly. I don't even use soap on myself, except on my armpits. Water is pretty powerful.

Cetaphil makes a really great gentle sensitive cleanser. Anything scented still has perfumes and stuff in it, which could be aggravating

@Ash: I've had super-sensitive skin my whole life. When it's terrible, I follow my pediatric dermatologist's recommendation: white Dove bar soap, and no need to soap every single day, or at least, only soap gently just in the crevices) Sounds weird, but it works.

@Ash: Can you just use water? When E had an eczema outbreak, we just rinsed her and used aquaphor on her

CeraVe Baby, it's a shampoo/body wash, found it at Walmart.
