I can get down but can't get up within out using a hand or knee, I am pregnant though so does that give me credit?

I can do it. But I really should have read the previous comments about it being a core workout before trying while recovering from stomach flu. I'm going to have a bit of a lie down now.

Yes! Carrying a toddler around and walking 3-5 miles a day has served me well.

I can do it without any issue. I do this quite often with LO. I'll have to ask my husband to try it tomorrow. (I got out of bed just to try this lol)

DH can definitely do it and he's confident that if I tried everyday for a week that I could do it too. LOL.

I'm with @Bao, down, fine. Up, I need a hand--I did do it without, but would have lost a .5 for balance and it was a little scary, haha. But I'm 28 weeks, so I want a do over in a few months
