Charlie has been able to for a while, but our daughter recently started doing it too!!
I try and remind myself that it's not a huge deal, since we usually wake up before the kids. Plus they're older now and can play by themselves. I sure miss the days of the crib though!

Nope, L likes to close his bedroom door and then knocks for us to come get him out, it cracks me up!

He can, but rarely does. I think I can count the number of times he's done it on one hand in the 15 months since we ditched the crib.

Yup! Luckily we have a house alarm on nightly so he can't escape without setting it off. When he is up before us he walks so loud that it wakes us up and he comes to our room. Lots of reasons we don't have to worry, thankfully.

Sure, DD1 opens her door, but we also have a house alarm and she is so noisy that I wake up as soon as she opens that door!

Technically she can but we put doorknob covers on it so she cannot anymore. I dread the day she defeats them.

Nope, he closes the door on himself sometimes and knocks until we open the door. We also have a doggie gate up when he's asleep so the dog can have run of the house, and so far he has not ventured over it (knock on wood).
We have the sound monitor on, and he usually starts talking once he wakes up, so I'll get up and set him free.

Yep, and has for quite a while. She's been in a toddler bed since 18 months and now a year later, has still never come out of her room and into ours at night.
