Ya, my kids have always slept ok in the Pnp!

At that age he never did very well in the PNP, so we always just brought our rock n play instead. At two years old he does great in it now but we pad the whole thing with pillows, and put the sheet over them, which obviously you can't do with a 22-week-old.

we have a travel crib that LO sleeps great in. At that age, her crib mattress was pretty firm, so the travel crib was the same. i think it's more uncomfortable now at 2 years old because her mattress is on the softer side now.

C goes back and forth between pnp and crib no problem. If you are still rocking or nursing to sleepand are worried about laying her down, you can get one that has the bassinet piece- basically the same thin mattress but it's raised so it's easier to lay baby down. It's only good until about 15 lbs.

We out towels or something over the windows to dim the room for naps and bring a white noise machine or put white noise app on an old iPhone.

DD1 never slept in a PnP. We will be trying dd2 in one over Easter when my family visits.

M is 2.5 and still sleeps in the PNP when we go to my parents'. We keep a white noise machine there, but she does fine with the regular shades even though she's used to room-darkening shades at home.

LO sleeps in one at daycare. We've always had issues in him sleeping overnight in it and just bought the matress below which helps a lot!

Yes - whenever M sleeps at my parents or MIL, she still sleeps in the PnP at 2, and has since starting sleepovers around 4-5 months.

LO slept in a PnP for every and at night until almost 6 mo. But once we moved her to her crib that was it for the PnP. She rolls around a lot in her sleep (and in trying to fall asleep) and seemed to be confused/annoyed by how small the PnP is compared to a crib. We used it for a few days at Christmas and it was a nightmare, although what made it a little better was padding the "mattress" (aka cardboard). I took a quilt and doubled it over then wrapped it around the cardboard, then put the PnP sheet over that to make sure the blanket didn't get bunched. She definitely slept BETTER (once she fell asleep) once we did that.. although I don't know about how safe that is technically (she was 7.5 mo at that point so I wasn't that concerned).

We bought a mattress for her PNP at grandmas. She naps really well in there!

My LO currently sleeps in PNP no issues.

We still do occasional PnP, grandmas house/vacation, with no extra mattress and our two year old sleeps in it just fine. We've gotten a lot of use out of ours!

Xander (2 years) always slept in a Pack 'n Play when we would travel anywhere, but he definitely didn't sleep as well in one as he did in a crib.

Logan (3 months) is currently sleeping in a Pack 'n Play for naps and bedtime and has no issue with it.

We got one of those quilted mattress covers for it so it's a little more comfortable.

@Meridian: we bought a mattress on amazon for $30 for the pnp. LO still sleeps on it at 2.5 on road trips

So far yes! It's getting harder at 29 months though, he's growing out of it. Last visit to parents house he slept in a bed.
