Ok bees, help me out. I am having the *worst* time sleeping lately. Between being so congested I go through a box of tissues every couple of days (and have to sleep with my mouth open, which for some reason makes it harder to sleep) to just feeling awkward and uncomfortable when I sleep (and having pains when I shift position), I am just a miserable wreck. I was up from 2am-5ish this morning, and I'm draggin. What helped YOU sleep better? A humidifier? A body pillow? Kicking your snoring husband into another room (or house haha :p). Help!
