Oh no!!! I think my DH would call off the baptism if that happened to us....only half kidding.
Will the game be during the actual baptism or afterwards during a family celebration/meal?

LOL! DH is NOT a sports fan at all (except for curling he'll watch and kind of keep up with) so he'll probably moan and groan when he finds out that I'll want to watch it, lol!

What time is the baptism?? Isn't the game from like 7-10am on the East Coast? I know here we're having a party at a friend's place at 4am.

@Sapphiresun: @heartonastring: the game starts here at 8am (Atlantic Standard Time) and church is at 10. He said "it's okay , I'll only miss the last period and the gold medal celebration" in a sad puppy dog voice.
He is kicking himself for not checking the schedule when we originally planned it, but our first baptism was cancelled due to a snowstorm so we can't exactly reschedule again!

We have church at 9:45, so we're hoping we can get though the game before we need to leave! Here's hoping no overtime...

If only you guys lost to the US team, then you wouldn't have to put your poor DH through this tough situation
I think my hubs would be super bummed, too! He's a pretty big hockey fan for a guy from southern California.
