I need some help!

I had a break down the other night because we have gorgeous upgraded carpet in our master. The dog puked on it and left a stain, and our other dog had peed on it. After the break down, we had a cleaner come in. It looked great at first, and he said it would be dry in 24 hours.

It took longer than that to dry, probably more like 48 hours. Now there is a spot where no one had peed/puked and it SMELLS SO BAD. You can't even open the door to our room without being assaulted by the smell. I am SO SO upset. I am on the verge of tears.. I mean our gorgeous new house smells disgusting and I want to rip up the carpet.

I'm going to call the cleaner on Tuesday, but in the mean time I need to do something. ANY suggestions?? Baking soda?? Ahh help I'm so sad
