Trying to decide if I want to buy a potty pail/sprayer system.
Do you use this and at what age for LO did you start needing it?

I'm curious about this too. We decided to order a Potty Pail, but haven't tried it out yet (obviously...).

I don't have one. LO is 9 months old and her poos are usually solid and I can just flick them into the toilet! If they are goopy, I will pick up what I can with TP and flush it down the toilet.
I never rinsed EBF poo diapers...they washed right out.

I use a diaper spray, which works great with my LO's diapers. It takes a while to adjust to the spray so that you don't end up splashing yourself.

We have a diaper sprayer and started using it once my son was eating solids consistently so around 6 months.

@autumnlove: i'm thinking i'm going to try this route and then if needed buy a sprayer/try liners/etc.

At 5 months we are using just a CD bag---it has a zipper but we never close it up.
I will install my diaper sprayer soon, as we're about to start solids.

we use a sprayer by Potty pail. but didnt get the actual pail itself. we used it right away for poopy diapers, even though she was EBF. It just makes it easier to wash them if they arent caked in poop. I will add that I had issues with the sprayer but their customer service was AWESOME!

I have a sprayer and rarely use it. It was hooked up before DS was born and we didn't even attempt using it until after he really started solids, which was late and around 9-10 mo due to food allergies. Even now at 17 mo I don't find the need for it, but he is also still mostly breastfed.
We do use flushable liners and some fleece liners with our rash cream, even though we use a CD safe cream. A roll of 100 liners last a long time (I love the applecheeks ones) since we don't really get rashes except with a reaction to new/bad foods.

C is FF and on solids and I don't do any of it. If you do diapers regularly and do a cold rinse before your hot wash cycle, it really minimizes any staining.
